Getting started is easy! Just fill out our contact form or email us at info@brothersbrereton.com. Be as detailed as possible in your request. Here's what to include:
A full list of all the models.
Let us know if you’ll send the models yourself or if you’d like us to buy them for you.
Tell us if you want us to assemble the models and what bits you want, such as plasma gun, bolter, etc.
Specify the type of basing and level of detail you’d like. Any reference images you can provide are very helpful.
Once we get your request, we’ll send you a quote with the total cost. You can ask for changes, like adjusting the painting level or base details.
If you decide to move forward, we’ll need:
A 50% deposit (via PayPal or EFT).
Payment for any models you want us to purchase.
Your quote is valid for 30 days. If the deposit isn’t paid within that time, you’ll need to request a new quote.
After the deposit is paid:
Your place in our queue is secured.
We’ll order any needed models or materials.
We’ll send you a specification document where you can tell us about colors and details, like plasma guns or armor accents.
By accepting our quote, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
We’ll keep you updated during the process, and we often post progress pictures on our Instagram. You can also reach out anytime for updates.
When the work is done, we’ll send you photos of the finished models. If you’re happy, we’ll issue the final invoice. The balance must be paid within 21 days of receiving the invoice.
Once the final payment is made, we’ll ship the models to you and provide a tracking number.
